USED CAR PARTS is a spare vehicle part location service.  USED CAR PARTS acts as a medium between you and the part suppliers. The part suppliers make quotes for the parts you require and we supply these to you, thus allowing you to choose which suppliers product you wish to purchase.  Once you have decided, an order will be placed at the supplier on your behalf which will be valid for 24 hours.  You should then view and purchace the product within that time frame, or it might be sold.
How do I get Quotes?
 
To make a Part Request simply click on the CONTACT US link and send us an e-mail.  When making a Part Request describe the part and vehicle you need the part for.  We will try and source the part for you and present the available quotes to you.  You then make a parts request so the part could be reserved on your behalf.
 
How long does a Part Request last?
 

A Part Request will remain active until the request grows older than 24 HOURS, or the request is canceled by you or USED CAR PARTS Administration.

How much does the service cost?

It is totally free to action online parts requests.

How quick can I expect to receive quotes?

During office hours, this can vary between 10 minutes and next working day. All scrapyards and breakers are measured on response times. 

Can I telephone my request?
 
We are working on an infrastructure to handle telephone requests.  Currently we are only giving telephonic service to those customers requesting engines. 
 
How much will I save?
 
It's not possible to give a specific amount that you will save but you should expect to save between 50% and 80% off the cost of new spares. 
 
Will I find my part?
 
If you don't receive any quotes after a few days simply re list your request, our suppliers are constantly receiving new stock so your part will more than likely become available.
