Guarantees
All Parts: A guarantee is as stated on invoice. If there is no Guarantee stated, none is issued. If product is defective, customer has 7 Days to contact UsedCarParts.co.za and a replacement will be supplied, subject to availability. Electronic parts does not carry any Guarantee, what so ever. If product is not available and client requests a refund, the client is subjected to pay a 35% handling fee. This is only in the case that our suppliers will be able to issue a refund. All Complete Engines: All Complete engines must be returned fitted within 7 days and the following must be replaced: Cambelt, thermostat, oil seats, oil, oil filter, spark plugs, petrol or diesel filter, radiator must be checked & flushed or replaced if necessary. If above is NOT done, WARRANTY WILL BE NULL & VOID. Gearboxes, as well as Diffs: Propshaft must be checked and balance if necessary. If gearboxes or diffs are run low on oil or there are broken gears and/or gears are “burnt” WARRANTY WILL BE NULL & VOID.
Delivery
Prices do not include delivery, unless specified otherwise. UsedCarParts.co.za use Time Freight as delivery services. Customer does have the option to use another logistics company if need be. Under these circumstances customer will be responsible for collection and delivery fees. If this option is chosen and the product is defective, or incorrectly supplied upon delivery, UsedCarParts.co.za will not be held responsible for delivery and collection fees. UsedCarParts.co.za will only cover delivery and collection fees of defective, or incorrectly supplied parts upon delivery, when Time Freight is used as delivery service. If Trade-in Required on a specific part, UsedCarParts.co.za will cover that specific Trade-in part's collection and delivery fee. Parts will not be delivered if Trade-in is not received. If client fails to produce a Trade-in, within 7-Days, a "Breach Of Contract" penalty fee of minimum 50% of selling price will be required, depending on circumstance.
Part(s) Request A part request is defined as requesting a price on a specific part. This is a FREE service, which UsedCarParts.co.za offers. Once the requested part is found UsedCarParts.co.za will quote the client either via telephone or e-mail. Once the client has received the invoice, accepted and signed it, they will need to fax the invoice back to UsedCarParts.co.za Once an invoice is accepted by a client, UsedCarParts.co.za will immediately start the process of obtaining the part and then sending it to the client's requested address.
Quality All parts must pass through UsedCarParts.co.za to be inspected and assure that the client receive the correct part(s) requested. UsedCarParts.co.za does their best to assure a client of a good quality product. If a client is not happy with the part(s) received they must be in contact with UsedCarParts.co.za within 7 days.
Staff UsedCarParts.co.za’s staff will try and source a client’s requested part(s) as quickly as possible. A client must be aware that UsedCarParts.co.za’s staff can only source a car part when that part is described to its utmost.
Third Parties By submitting a queary to UsedCarParts.co.za, UsedCarParts.co.za can share any information supplied to UsedCarParts.co.za or any of our staff to third parties.
